We came here as it was in the area where we wanted to go. I haven't been to a Panera in ages. They have a screen you can order from or from an individual working in the front counter. We ordered some mix and match combos. The French Onion soup was decent, and my sandwich was also good as it was toasted. The people working here were friendly and the wait for food wasn't long.
My girls and I went to Panera tonight and the girl at the drive thru window, Peyten (with two E's) made it a wonderful experience. She provided exceptional service. She was not only pleasant and attentive but also made a memorable impression on my daughters. Her warm greeting and genuine friendliness immediately put smiles on their faces. As we drove away, both of my girls said, "Mom, she was so nice!" It's rare to find someone who can connect so quickly and make such a positive impact in just a few minutes. Kudos to her for making our visit so welcoming and enjoyable!
We only drive thru for the country rustic sourdough. It's delicious. We always call first and have a loaf saved and thick sliced. We've never had a problem and it's always amazing. We love the sourdough. Highly recommend. We usually end up eating a piece on the way home.
